In this environment, he saw the need for a media company that provided the core of its services to small to medium size businesses and ministries; to develop a company that could meet every need under one roof.

Cullen brings a mix of creativity and planning to Innovated Media - while he enjoys much of the design work, the planning process is just as exciting to him.

Kirk Waterman

Kirk is one of the most talented illustrators we've seen in a long time!

He lives out in sunny California with the sun and the surf. Many of the fantastic murals in California were done by him, and he also owns Waterman Creations, which specializes in murals, faux finishes, commission paintings, and graphic design. He is crazy talented!

Zach's background in web content development and social networking brings an important supportive and creative element to Innovated Media.

Zach is more of a go-to guy and "Jack of all trades." We are lucky to incorporate his talent and skills into our workflow.

April Beaver
Lead Programmer

April has helped Innovated Media from the very beginning. Her super-power programming skill set and self initiative keeps us on the cutting edge regardless of how fast technology moves forward or how often programming languages change. We are currently looking into ways to clone her.

April successfully runs her own company as well, Innovated Programming.

Christina Kockelman is skilled in content development as it relates to Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing. She is a forward thinker, and a quick learner. She helps our clients obtain better search engine rankings and increasing leads and sales on the websites that we maintain for our clients, and is a very valuable and integral part of what we do at Innovated Media.

She enjoys art, music and learning new things. She enjoys helping others and is always eager to help in anyway she can.

Scot Dilbeck is our "hurry up and get this done we are behind" guy. He is a skilled web developer in Dreamweaver and WordPress and is always eager to learn more about upcoming technologies and ways to increase web traffic to websites. We are pleased to have Scot on our team and appreciate all he does to keep us current and on the cutting edge.

Scot is a family man and is older than he actually looks.
