The Osage County Industrial Authority provides competitive-interest financing and growth opportunities for entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses located within Osage County. We also provide many resources in our Business Resource Section for new and existing business owners to help ensure they have the administrative tools needed to operate successfully and lawfully.
Program Related Financing
Startup Loan Program
OCIA offers financing for startups and small businesses that need capital to start or grow a business. This program provides loans of up to $30,000 for working capital, equipment, inventory, and leasehold improvements.
Accelerating Business Expansion Loan (ABEL) Program
For existing businesses, OCIA offers loans ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 with fixed rates below market rate. Loan terms can be 5 to 20 years, depending on the use of the funds. An interest-only period may also be available. Loan funds can be used for real estate purchase, leasehold improvements, pre-development, development or construction, working capital, furniture, fixtures and equipment, property acquisition, inventory and more. We assist minority- and women-owned businesses with building capacity and connection to resources.
